Packaging
I carefully wrap every pictures are in a plastic sleeve and I ship them in a sturdy cardboard envelope. Unfortunately I need to use plastic sleeves in order to make sure the photos are not damaged by rain or water accidents. I am working to find a more environmentally friendly solution. Should you not want the plastic sleeve, please let me know in the comment section when you place your order.

Please note that there can be delays due to customs handling.

Shipments outside the EU
Please note that depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted of the amount refunded to you.

Returns
Ana Guisado Photography ensures the highest quality. However, if you are not happy with your item, please get in touch with us. You may return your products within 15 days from the date you received them. The products must be returned complete, unused and in the original packaging. Upon return we will refund the price of the product, excluding the shipping costs.

Payments
You can pay through Paypal or credit card. If you have neither of those, please contact me and we will find another solution.
